Clan Logan Canada takes great pride in participating in various special events with our partners. We believe it is important to extent our network out of Scottish circles and groups and are involved with over 20 organizations. We buy our tickets and participate helping them raise funds for various important causes that touch heritage, culture, veterans and well-being (community service helping with food pantries and lodging issues). We have certain special events that our members could participate in, some are advertised on our Facebook page like various parades and special evenings. It's important to ask us if you see something of interest you would like to participate in.
We do various special events like fundraisers for our Royal Canadian Legion Branch 004 and for 24-106, various parades that just about anyone can join us at as a fun summer activity, we attend Burns Nights that showcase Scottish traditions, down to cocktails, suppers and Highland balls. Our members can attend certain events but they often have restricted access an entrance fees. If you are interested in one in particular, let us know and we will see if it is possible.
It's important that Clan Logan take it's place among the clans of Scotland and this means active participation in various community efforts. We promote our visibility and inform various people about what we are trying to achieve: find the rightful Chief of clan Logan! These are also great opportunities to promote our heritage and clan values as we seek for new membership interested in joining us!
Clan Logan Canada is a fraternal Scottish non-profit clan organization that seeks to bring together all Scottish Logans of Scottish decent, promote Logan heritage, history. ancestry and traditions. We are looking for the chief of clan Logan to reestablish our legal and noble standing in Scotland.
Lor Joining means celebrating your Scottish Logan heritage and taking part in events showing your culture and tradtions and ancestry. It,s important to be proud of our roots and it's fun to show that we have links to Scotland!
Clan Logan Society of Canada was part of Clan Logan Society International. Since July 2024, Clan Logan Canada founded by Steven Logan, chose to leave due to irreconcilable differences. This doesn't mean we won't cooperate with the international group. In the past, we actively promoted the clan Logan commandership organized by them and will assist them when needed with the Chief project.
Clan Logan canada as it's own independant non profit organization is fairly new. we seek volunteers in various positions like secretary, genealogist, newsletter editor and we wwould like to find more representatives for Clan Logan across our country. we have Brionne Logan for Manitoba and Patrick Dionne-Kuno for Ontario but we need the rest of canada!
