After founding the clan Logan Society of Canada and it being in it's 9th year of existence, Clan Logan Commissioner of Canada, Steven Logan resigned on July 11th, 2024. This was an important decision that had to be taken.

Just because he resigned, it didn't mean Steven was going to give up on all the Logans in Canada, partners and organizations he and the team have been dealing with through the years.  He therefore decided, on July 13th,2024, to create Clan Logan Canada. This organization has the same values as the former Clan Logan Society of Canada which aims to unite all Logans and to help find the Chief.

The difference lies in how it operates in both official languages of Canada and is more tailored to the values in heritage, culture and ancestry to the Logans of Canada. We want to get people together, sharing their heritage, growing and enjoying their personal Scottish identities. It's about being proud of our Scottish roots and we allow members to participate in various events with us but it's also about being proud of our Canadian roots and heritage and how all that works together.​​​​​​
